Stockholm Pride
As maybe mentioned before, Vidal did Scissorhands in the parade, and Christine
was his girl in white dress. Later on that night they both headed for
Club Dekadance, and that's where the fun comes in. It wasn't so easy for
them to find where exactly the club locale was hiding itself, and it had
begun to rain heavily. So in order to protect the make-up, Christine put
a plastic bag on Vidal's head. ...
Lost among three streets, they kept circulating around until Christine
began to look for someone on the street to stop and ask for the way, -
and Vidal hid from the rain several steps up in the door aisle. Christine
managed to stop a man, but the poor guy obviously felt observed, since
he turned around, and there Vidal was, with a plastic bag on his head
and blades instead of the fingers gleaming in the light of lanterns...

Halloween 2005
Their pumpkin. Them - selves.

And their Xmas tree, resurrected...
Here those who wanna check them out, can
look at Vidal's tattoos...
And this is a list of Vidal's favorite books, so as not to be
too boring, freshened up by some citations:
Vidal:
♠The Way of the Human Being by Calvin Luther Martin
"When we really, genuinely let go, we discover that the night
and its affairs and citizens are not evil, nor is the earth bathed in
sunlight malevolent."
♠The Handbook of Hedonism by Michael Flocker
"The true luxury of the twenty-first century is anonimity. (...)
To be able to misbehave badly in public and have no one remember is a
gift. And to have the freedom to go to the supermarket wildly hung over
and not be photographed, well, you don't know what you've got 'til it's
gone."
♠Tristessa by Jack Kerouac
"The little kitty is mewing rapidly for meat - himself a little
piece of quivering meat - soul eats soul in the general emptiness."
♠Kingdom of Fear by Hunter S. Thompson
"If the freak who wrote the Book of Revelation had been busted
and jailed for the horrible threats he made against the whole human race,
he would have been executed on the spot by a Military Tribunal. So long,
Johnny, we never liked you anyway. Mahalo."
♠Visions of Gerard by Jack Kerouac
♠The Color of Summer by Reinaldo Arenas
"A bus shrieked to a stop before the door of the Hotel Monserrate
and before you could blink - it disappeared! It, my dear, and all its
passengers, who were mugged, stripped of their belongings, carved up,
and sold as cuts of beef all over Old Havana. As for the bus itself, Mahoma,
Coco Salas, SuperSatanic, and Mayra the Mare (who also lived in the hotel)
instantly turned it into earrings, combs, pots and pans, table knives,
and even metal sandals that made a hellish racket you could hear all over
the building. The inhabitants of the hotel Monserrate lived for days and
days in terror as Fifo's police searched the building from top to bottom
and inside out. Finally, the police found one of the wheels of the carved-up
bus under Alderete's bed. So as to avoid being carved up himself, Alderete
made a run for it, changing wigs at every corner."
♠Het geslacht Björndal by Trygve Gulbranssen
